First of all, I have a 17 year old son, so I'm going to give you my opinion as a parent.
I don't know what your history is, but I'm assuming you're a good kid and have stayed out of trouble. If you haven't stayed out of trouble, then you're getting what you deserve and shouldn't whine. With...
I just re-read this thread.
Still no valve clearance measurements? No proper compression test yet?
C'mon Bobpogoman, you gotta follow directions (in order), or no-one can help you.
Frankly, I'm surprised IJ has been this patient. I gave up when you never responded to my post (#40)...
I can appreciate where your coming from, but here's the thing...
When you post-up your ridiculous idea (my opinion) on a public forum, you're going to get opinions on the worthyness of said idea. This is a bad idea for all the reasons everyone who posted on this thread mentioned, and a lot...

I just wanted...

Make sure your cam saddles are torqued to spec, if their not that'll make a ton of noise. Other than that there aren't any shortcuts, you have to measure the clearances, do the math and install new shims where needed.
If the person who sold you that harness is an active member (as you said) then he will read this thread.....
...thereby confirming his douchebagedness.
