not sure if you were gonna gasket match the exhaust mani or just the intake, sut it shouldnt be done w/ the exhaust. from the looks of that list tho, it seems you've done your research.
so you just looped where the ground was? where did the wire that was grounded go?
and do you happen to have a link to where it shows which pin is which? i looked in the tsrm but couldnt find it.

yea i have silverstars, but the problem was there before i had em. i know the problem isnt my harness cuz i've replaced both my dash and chassis harness' (not because of this) but the problem is still there.
i just use a switch hooked up to the relay wires to control the headlights.
if you dont have a tach how do you know the idle?
850 is still high idle, 7mgte idle spec is 650rpm. the 7mge is higher (800 i think)
