the hard line above the 3000 pipe had some oil stuff caked inside it and the one on top of it

the machine shop i used did the machining with the pistons i gave them
they balanced the rotating assembly and bored each cylinder to each piston (i also used npr pistons .020 over)

looks like it came with some sort of sealant already on it (the green stuff on the threads) the old one still had some on it, its probably heat activated or something
yeah pretty much the same here, mine did clean up pretty nice though after it was scrubbed by my mechanic and i replaced the tems electronic covers since they were rusted and stuff like the heat shield for the abs lines, im really focused on getting the engine in and running first, once thats...

not the best picture but the engine is pretty much ready to go back in except for the turbo and alternator
im getting a few brackets and those pcv hard lines up top powder coated to clean things up a little
