Yes, between the cat and the muffler. I have this one welded into my 3" borla set-up. It uses a perferated tube like a motorcycle silencer (no louvers protruding into the exhaust stream). This length fits perfect w/p losing too much ground clearance. Add to that they are cheap. 6cyls w/o...
