I just told you lol, its the greyish plugin next to the blue one ... the actual "temp sender" is the piece that threads into the housing, with the single spade sticking out of it

Yea, check that the wire is getting current, and keep the connections clean. Maybe its just a bad temp sender

the grayish connect right next to the blue is your temp sensor. My gauge wouldnt work for awhile, and when i checked it out, i discovered that I had accidentally unplugged mine.

Maybe I'll quit recommending it then lol. Everyone I've ever known with a built car always had an Optima, and I never heard any bad stories about it.

fix the vacuums, make sure all of your wires are plugged in and wired correctly, and possibly get a new temp sensor (not the green one, the other 1). Also, make sure you are completly full of coolant, and that your overflow is too. And Get a fan shroud. Then go from their. I do know...

I, for one, WOULD tell someone they were retarded for going to a 454 from a 350, unless they had tons of $$$ to dump into the 454. Dont even get me started on that topic lol. The 454 is a torque motor. For pure horsepower you'd have a much easier, and cheaper time, with a 350. Sure, thiers...
