The Sprint 500 wont run that engine. Only the Plat. sport 2000 will run it. And it must run direct fire, so that means no waste spark. Use and AEM EMS instead. it has auto trans control and it works really well.
I used that manifold before, all you have to do is cut and reweld the pipes for the wastegate. It's easy, just take it to a person that can weld it right and you should be fine.
I agree with you 100 % It's all in the tune! I have seen some maps from some of the "TOP Tuners" and all of them look like they have been copy and pasted from another car. Some of these top tuners dont set up O2 feedback and also knock control on the AEM. They also dont tune and data log as they...
2jzgte and 1jzgte VVTi have the same rods as their non VVTi counterpart.
NA VVTi 2jz and 1jz are thinner
I have one, Have rebuilt them, they are the same. same goes for VVTi 2jzgte.
Yes, its a banjo fitting. You can remove that valve and fitting leaving only the one on the pump and bolt up the 2jzgte high pressure hose with 2jzgte banjo bolt and you are done.
USDM 2jzgte injectors fit on the rail, but the injector resistor from a MK4 is also needed. JDM 440cc injectors don't need the resistor and also drop right in to the 1jz rail.
No leather, but it has two bucket seats in it. Lighter then stock but still not by much. R154 and factory two piece driveshaft. all the carpet is in and rear sets, full spare.
My Supra corner balanced at 3375. Three amps, a sub and a 200 cd case LOL. Its not gutted and it has AC and heater. Most people think Supras are heavy, they are not.
1GGTE is a great engine. I see those HKS parts come up on yahoo auctions all the time. We have dyno'ed a 1GGTE before and it put down 215 RWHP in stock form. That is 15 hp more then a stock 7MGTE.
@ Vrank
Your attitude is horrible. Telling someone that you took a super clean 86.5 and cut it...
Bunch of Haters on here! Stop drinking that Hateraid. I remember how much hate I got after a few pics of my car surfaced the internet.
Most people that talk about how much they hate Camber and stretched tires have never driven a car that has been set up that way. Now I'm not saying that its ok...
