I don't know if anyone else noticed this... You installed a lexus afm, but did not install the 550 injectors. Put your stock afm back in until you install the 550's, you have to do both at once.

Make sure your center support bearing and driveshaft are bolted to the body and differential, respectively. I had this problem, turns out my driveshaft bolts on diff were loose.
