there are no codes when i jump TE1 and E1, i've gotten a code 52 in the past so i know what it feels like, can't get into boost at all... im sure thats not the issue here.
coolant temps i really have no idea, that cheap aftermarket gauge i wired in doesnt really work, i'll replace it in the...
no codes at all, checked right after i got home last night....
however i think there may be an issue with my knock sensors, cuz knock doesnt read on my safc anymore, but the car runs fine, and no codes.
hey guys quick update, im postin from my phone. All of a sudden it started boosting sooner. I hit 10psi at about 3700 now. The mbc setting moved when i was taken it off, but it actuall starts boosting at 3100-3200 where b4 it didnt start till like 3600-3700. The really weird thing is...

taking the MBC didnt do anything but lower boost to 7psi, and it still didnt hit it till over 4k rpm, actually seemed to spool slower.
oh and i dunno why i didnt think of this earlier...
the turbo and manifold im using are PROVEN to work well, the DP is a 3" v-band with 3" piping, no bottlenecking. that only leaves the WG and MBC..
i meant what part of it do you want to see, its very tight down there.
on a side note, where can i find a decent 50mm 4 bolt pattern...

theres many other out there running the same stuff and they dont have any problems. sorry i can't afford a $200 ebc, and $400 wastegate.
when you make less than $20grand a year you find ways around shit.
ran the engine and i couldnt feel any exhaust comin out the WG...
ya i figured it'd be the WG, im in the process of swappin out my motor mounts right now, once im done w/ that i'll start it up and crawl underneath and see if the WG is leaking. im also using a cheap MBC, think that could have anything to do w/ it?
could the fact that i dont have the boost...

did you do the oil check? put a capful of oil in the low comp cylinder and do the compression test again. if it doesnt go up its probably your head (valves, seals)
3" downpipe no cats, 3" tanabe cat-back, 550cc injectors, lex afm, afpr, safc, but i do have the stock IC and piping. i didnt think the stock piping could cause so much lag. i wont be able to get different piping for a couple weeks.... just had to pay my g/f's loan.
like it says, im hitting 13psi @ 4300rpm with a master power t-64 .68ar.
but when it hits 13 it doesnt spike and stays @ 13 till i shift @ 6500.
it pulls nicely, but just takes so damn long to spool.
yea its not bad, i rented it from netflix after the last thread was made about it. its kinda tacky, but a movie with cars and racing nonetheless. and it had both me and my g/f's car (2.5rs) in it.
