has a HG been done on the motor before? it seems that with the progressively better compression in the rear cylinders. perhaps the block was machined but the rear timing cover wasnt machined with it.

nope still running strong, its all in the tune guys. remember that guy that made 500+ whp on the stocker
didnt do too good @ the track last night. best time was a 13.8, but best MPH was 108. couldnt get the ting off the line, my best 60' of the day was a 2.45.

supra88, i got those gauges cheap on ebay but they pretty much nice looking pieces of shit, they'll be getting swapped out for these...
you can run up to 12psi before you'll hit fuel cut, not every car is the same tho.
as far as engine strength, the only thing you really need to worry about is the headgasket.

but yea if u got code 52 which as you know is the knock sensors, that might have something to do with it, double check the KS wiring.
i dont think bad gas would cause that bad of problems, than again i've been wrong before.

the JDM 7mgte is really the only engine we can find complete, around the area for the amount.
the EGR will be goin on it, as well as fel-pro HG and ARP headsutds.
im helping with most of the work. should be a nice and clean DD in a month or so.
the compression test came out with 155 on #1 and the rest were right @ 160.
the timing was @ 10, i bumped it up to 13 this morning, that gave me that lil bit of quicker spool.

started building boost @ 3krpm, but still didnt hit 9 psi till around 3800, but it doesnt really start pulling till after 4200.

it DID read it when i 1st hooked it up, but i was gettin counts close to 150 @ the dragstrip, now it stays at zero all the time...

ok so i guess the ride this morning racked up some codes, keep in mind during this run it hit fuel cut, and i took the intake off the turbo while it was running to make sure the turbo was spinning.
