i hope you're not using the filter oil, a dry filter should be used with the AFM in place, and some residue from the filter oil could dirty the AFM.

check your AFM plug, theres supossed to be a lil rubber gasket inside the plug. if that gasket isnt there it can mess with the idling. also check your ISC valve.
