thanks for the nice comments guys! i've noticed that the intake side of the IC stays COLD, and got about 500rpm faster boost. got my tial wastegate in yesterday, gonna try bolting it up today, i might have to order an adaptor flange for it though. oh n im gettin tint this week too...

yup, i had to finesse the pinch point in with a hammer a lil bit, but this was just to give me clearance in case the IC flexed for some reason, i wouldnt bend any fins. a 4" could easily fit w/o modification to the bumper beam, but the coolant res would have to move.

how bout a painters suit. they're pretty cheap, and with a ski mask and some goggles, you'd be impenetrable. i deff wouldnt mess around with the brown recluses, i've seen those things on the discovery channel and they're no joke. *edit* like these...

no... they don't i welded my stock mounts up, and the vibration isnt too bad. nowhere near as bad as my srt-4 with semi-solid (urethane) mounts. i'll be replacing them with OEM mounts tho, the old ones are 20 yrs old, even just replacing the will be a big difference

congratz on gettin it done guys. sorry i couldnt show up, was having tip problems with my welder, wasted a while 3 hours this morning welding the shit when it should have only taken 30 mins.

i thought of that too, but the pipe r gettin polished after so all residue will be cleaned off.

along with no hoseclamps, and a missing pipe. thats just to make sure everything fit as marked. so when i weld it all tomorrow i dont have to cut and reweld.
