    Try port and polishing the entire head. With at least a 1mm reversion dam between the exhaust ports and the exhaust manifold, with the manifold having the larger opening, 1mm OS exhaust valves, with standard sized intake, along with a 3 angle valve job and see what happens ;).

    The piston and diaphram need to warm up from the engine radiating heat when it's cold outside before you start boosting or they will stick. That's what yours is most likely doing.

    Tial is a little on the slow side for some people who are running lower boost, it may be better to use the 9 lb spring with it instead of the recommended 11 lb spring. Ever search streetfire.net for synapse comparisons? It shows how slow a Tial really is a lower boost level as far as actuation...

    You should also be aware that some clutch kits come with an extremely high clamping pressure plate. Some brands (people who have issues with these can chime in here) are known to kill your master cylinders one right after another.

    gold insert is even higher pitched then the stock silver insert. purple is a lower pitch than the silver insert. No insert is a rush of air. I like the sound of my synapse synchronic BOV, hard to describe, a little high pitched with a lot of air wooshing to it. like, "chiiii-whooosh"
