what the hell is is park switch sense circuit?

the switch is very simple device. the "handle" is fine. and the switch seems fine. ill have to yank it apart and see whats up. i dont see how it could just stay on. unless 2 wires are shorting out. but everything in the cluster seemed fine.

so lately sometimes the wipers would just go from INT to low speed on their own and stay there and sooner or later go back to normal. they wont shut off or anything but go to high speed. now the switch is completely useless for the front wipers. they wont turn off at all unless i prop the...
