I am curious as to where people mounted their LC-1's. I recently installed mine and had an interesting time finding a spot to mount it.

i put the sensor in the test pipe. mounted the controller under the carpet beneath the passenger seat. just drilled a hole through the the floor. all wiring reached with no problem.

sensor is close to the elbow, the harness and main unit is just shoved in with a shitload of wires from the harness above the glovebox.
innovative recommends that you keep the sensor away from the turbo/elbow. they recommend mounting it lower like the bottom of the downpipe

I basically just cut stuff away until it fit perfect. I don't have tems, and I want a stock look, so I did it. That pic is from post 1590 in my thread, I think I posted some pics of the underside later. Look there if you want.

No problems with it so far. The instructions say mounting it in the engine bay is OK. Not many other options when the cord is only 1-2 ft long.loki2043;1259502 said:
