dosnt the oil pressure have to hit like 40 before the oil even passes through? or was it under 40?

so i finally got around to wiring up the maft pro, i used this diagram http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/heedah007/maftpropre89diagram.jpg ive got an 88 turbo, with what i believe is a jdm 7m now when i turn the key to the on posistion the maft pro dosnt do anything, wont light up or...

okay i must be crazy! i cant find the hole!! theres a bracket thats in the trannywell thats already mounted..but i have the other one that i just cant find a spot for!

ill take a peek and see if its there.. i was looking all over the place and couldnt find it
