not sure if this is the same manifold.. but I went looking for thsi "drewgo" so i could see about purchasing one and i found this link at the forbidden land. note i never did find out where i can buy one of these.
i read through the first 4 pages...
I bought one of these a couple years ago. it is still holding up but we had to reweld a couple spots around the wastegate pipe last time i pulled the engine. its shiny but not really all that great. i will be getting a BIC or make my own this next time around... which should be in the next...
I was trying to replace this hose earlier today and the pipe end on this thing broke off. on the other side of it there is a sensor with 2 vac nipples that are not connected to anything..
what is this sensor and what is this thing have to do with the heater system?
also, if anybody knows where...
okay, maybe i am not getting my point across. How big of a deal is it for the ecu to stay at 1 tempature? does it not matter if i have it updating or not? if it dont mean shit i will go put the resistor in. but im not getting an answer as to weather this is important or not.
hmm, I've been driving the car like this for a couple years now :/
So now if i put in the resistor to ditch the codes, will the ecu still only revert to ONE temperature? like say now it resolves to 68 when it dosent see anything, well when i put in the resistor is it just going to make it stick...
Okay, now after some reading on those links Jdub talks about the maft pro supplying the temp reading. im confused now. When the ECU sees that there is no temp reading it automatically resolves to 65? will the maft pro adjust that setting acording to what my AIT is really at?
Also, same goes for...
Thanks for the clarification, i will read up on all of this later tonight. :)
as for code 51, my ac doesn't work (leaky hose) but all the circuitry should be fine. i don't think i had the throttle open, as i had just pulled the ecu fuse to reset the codes.
hmm, that leaves me with the tps. at...
