Isn't that tray welded in? The crap below it is what I can't imagine getting at without removing the tray

    2008 Supra MKIII - Project 1BYDFALT

I was gonna say compressed air, but I bet a 50/50 alcohol and water solution would work real well, to wash it off then evaporate nice and quick!

Washed / Clay barred / Waxed my car today!

So I spent about 5 hours today cleaning my car! For having an original paint job that's 20 years old, and beat to hell, I think I got it looking damn good! I used Mother's California Gold Claybar, and the spray detailer that comes with it as a lubricant, after washing and drying the car of...

low oil pressure after aftermarket install...

I'm no expert, I'm not sure what could've happened, i would stop daily driving it if you don't want rodknock, though if you really have no oil pressure it could very likely be too late already... You want about 10 psi for every 1000 rpm for any engine

low oil pressure after aftermarket install...

Holy crap that sounds bad man, if the gauge is brand new, and working, you have no major visible oil leak, and you felt something wrong happen with your engine, along with a cloud of smoke, followed by a reading of 0 psi oil pressure? I hope for your Supra's sake that you shut it down...

I really should get those too... but I already accidentally bought 2 sets of new oem hardware, and I'll only be pushing about 300 until I have to get a new clutch anyways... so I'm holding out! Did you ever get that crank? If not, I'd say I'm gonna kick yer ass :)

How to disable the factory alarm

I'm glad you guys figured it out, but we don't want to make it any easier to steal our cars guys!! Now that this thread has served it's purpose, it should be deleted or revised IMO, telling people where the alarm is and which color wire needs to by grounded is far too specific for a public forum!

How to disable the factory alarm

At first I just unplugged mine, and grounded the starter bypass switch, look up where the alarm is to remove it, and the wiring diagram for which wire to ground so it's not too easy for people to steal our cars... Later i went back and just added an aftermarket system to control it
