The TRD bar does NOT bolt on, no matter which way you turn it. It requires a good amount of cutting/welding/repowdercoating. It's really not worth it, just get the cusco bar and enjoy putting it on in five minutes.
You've said plastic deformation about forty times as if that'll justify your product. It's funny that you mention sidestepping logical information, as you've been dodging all of the important questions.
If you're so sure of your product, spend the 500 bucks and prove yourself right; you'll...
I've never heard of it, I'd really like more info.
Anybody I know that's used the 1UZ with an R154 has had to buy a custom adapter plate. I believe there's a shop in New Zealand that makes them. Anyhoo, there's a guy on Supraforums that has a 1UZ mk2, I'm sure he could fill you in on more...
Using an impact wrench is okay on most lugnuts as long as you use a pre-torque stick. It's basically a thin extension that acts as a spring and limits the torque that the lugnut sees. You also have to have the gun on a regulator and have the gun on one of its lower settings.

Sounds like you guys are about to have some serious fun!
Was that the valvetrain making all that racket? Gotta love that signature 7m Sewing Machine sound!
You learned a hard lesson. Why did you have to replace the entire brake system? I've never heard of that happening. Find a REPUTABLE mechanic and keep chugging along. I hope this car isn't your daily driver.
Good luck!
I love living in Texas :) It's such an oddball occurance to find rust on a supra here. There's a Mk1 for sale locally that has rust on the rear rocker panels, he wants 400 bucks.
You don't need to copy it as that's an exact replica of the stock piece. It's just as easy to make a mold from the stock piece as it is to make a mold from a CF replica.
Just FYI, there's not even 5 dollars' worth of carbon cloth in that piece.
It's cool for whoever has the money and wants...
It shouldn't be different left to right. Post up some pics and we can help you out.
I can get you some suspension arms if you're in a bind and need them, I have a friend with a parts car at his house who would probably be willing to let them go cheap.
Are you really putting that cracked block in your car? It's all up to you, but I wouldn't let that block anywhere near a running car, especially with the added stress from ARP head bolts or studs. The oil pump drive situation sounds sketchy as well. It's always when you want to get things done...
