Check for error codes first. Did you check your timing also? BTW I have my afpr set at 40psi without the vacline on. Maybe you're running a bit lean? (edit: I have the lexus afm/550cc mod. maybe that's why it's different)

Okay this is new for me. :) Most topics about bad idling give info about checking things like TPS, AFM and ICSV. The first two are not the problem because I've swapped them for other parts that came off of a running supra. Therefore it leaves me with the ICSV. Other topics, and my own mechanic...
