How can the tsrm provide info for 550cc injector fuel pressure ?
I tuned mine on my wideband sensor. 40psi is perfect for me. only a little rich at wot but I tuned it with my safc.
Anyway, stuttering when warm has mostly something to do with sensor signals.
it's time to measure up (and correct) your tps with an ohm meter, do the same with your spark plug wires, check the spark plugs if the rest is not helping.
I have sort of the same problem right now (see some other topic where I post my own findings

) and first things to check are mostly timing, tps, cps, spark plugs and wires, and maybe the ignition coils. they are easily swapped out for another set for a test. you can do thesame for your afm.
as a quick and dirty test, you could pull the plugs from different sensors when the car is bogging. Wait a few seconds to see whether your car starts to run differently. If it does, it means it's missing the signal from the sensor you just pulled. It also means that that sensor is most probably not faulty. So then put it back and try some other.
Things to try are:
AFM
TPS
ECT
CSI
Tps is on your throttle body, afm electronics on its housing near the air filter and the rest are the brown and green sensors near your water thermostat housing.
Hope this helps
