My 225s won't grip from a roll and I'm sub 300 at the wheels. So I would say its not looking good.

How did the synapse sound and did you run it to atmosphere or recirculated? I have yet to check one out in person, I like the look of the tial better as well but as long as the performance is there ill put sound before looks.

Looking good Albert! I see you had a synapse bov and are now switching to a tial. Why the switch and what did you think of the synapse? I was planning on getting one because they are the same proven design as the tial but I'm just not a fan of the obnoxious sound of the tial.

Welding it shut and using a different source gets my vote. Ian is right but unless I had forged internal I was going to swap into a new block I would bother. Worst that can happen is you destroy your already trashed block so might as well run it. I agree with Dave Jb weld is a fail

Sorry to hear about this Ryan, it looks like there is quite a bit of scuffing on the skirts of the two but it could just be the pics. I wouldn't suspect a lean condition at 11afr or detonation with that timing either.what meth mix were you running at the time?

Ok I finally got the pictures off my wifes camera The lighting and flash makes the color look incredibly bright. Its actually slightly darker than it was before and with a little heavier metalic. The pictures also look like they make the cae have a pink tone to it which is also not the case...
