    Centralia or Bust! ......Delilahs build

Ya it can be done without removing everything but if your going to put all the work in you might as well do it right. The original owner not having everything removed the first time is the reason I am doing this again now, and the project just keeps expanding. It started as me shooting and...

    Centralia or Bust! ......Delilahs build

I got quite a bit done on my day off (monday) but still wasn't able to get it down to the paint shop. I had the car set to leave and it wouldn't start. The battery was dead but after a quick charge it was obvious that wasn't the issue. After a start to finish testing of my starting circuit, I...

    Centralia or Bust! ......Delilahs build

So I coerced my wife to help me get the car ready and push it out and wash it while I was at work today. I forgot it had no outside handles for her to open it and take off the e-brake. I described the arm that attaches to the lock mechanism and instructed her to push it down. She said it went...

Quarter glass, remove for paint job?

I started at the top front pushing from the inside rocking a bit. Once it starts to release pull on the same place on the outside with constant pressure. The glue will gradually release, just go slow and take your time. Getting the rest off the car and window after is a chore as well. I scraped...

Quarter glass, remove for paint job?

^ got it the clips arent so much of a problem but the trim that wraps the bottom of the quarter windows. I would strongly suggest taking the windows out. you should remove the rear interior to take of the side trim, b pillars, taillights ect. If your painting your whole car do it right trust...

Quarter glass, remove for paint job?

Definitely do it, I am now fixing the the lines from the prev owners paint job. It will peel and will look like $hit down the road. At the very least use trim tape to pull up the edges and have them shoot under it as best they can
