    well im not here to argue, but the gas cap does vent. also when you hear the pressure release, its because fuel was sloshing around and when your low everything expands and creates pressure.

    deleting the can will hurt nothing, not even in the long run. Some cars have a harder time passing emissions, especially if youre in cali where they check the engine compartment. As for here, our regulations arent very strict. Its up to you.

    well i believe the c5 z06 is a low 12 sec, LATE 11 sec car factory, and a C6 z06 is around the same but in the mid 11 range. Freeway pull is pretty much your best chance.

    i have a couple buddies that had these...(one was wrecked racing-sc rsx, other was stolen-mostly stock) Ive seen two stockers run at the track and the best time out of like 4 runs was 15.2 Thats pretty much a baseline for a decent driver.

    well im just glad i didnt really have to cut into my bumper support. Just that outer lip thats pinch welded together. I had to drop my tow points also, but i found a way not too long ago to keep them and pipe around them.

    durable, yes. Diesels heat ranges rise and fall much faster than a regular gasoline. The main reason for my concern was when the boost hits. I doubt its smooth by any means.
