dont you mean hit as in full boost? I could care less as long as its in the positives by 3k. We mean START spooling in the positives in a 3k range. At least thats all im saying. i own a dsm i can say whatever i feel like. also, it depends on how you drive your cars. if i had the civic, i can almost garantee you it would be down most of the time. i like dependable power thats just how i feel.

ok your best bet would be to use a manual boost controller (about $50) and turn it all the way down. It may run 1psi but thats better than where youre at. Its cheap, easy, and little work involved. BUT GO SINGLE!!!
