If you look at my build thread you will see pictures of the return line that I used. I took off the stainless hose and just used the end fittings and replaced them with a 45* -10 fitting on the turbo side and a -10 barb fitting on the block and it works perfectly now. I'll see if I can find...
OK, update, I got the codes to disappear other than the 41. All I did was take the TB, isc and fuel rail out. I'll adjust the TPS some more tomorrow. Now I just have that stupid 51 code. Hopefully I can get that fixed.
I fixed the rail fuel leak, on the PTE injectors there is way too much...
Well, I got my fuel problem fixed I hope. With the PTE injectors there is a lot of room for play where the top O ring goes, so I put another one on there. There is a little play but now they fit better in the rail.
Now I only have the Code 41 and now that pesky 51. I'll figure it out though.
Ya, I soldered all my connections and then heat shrinked them for the SAFR and Zeitronix.
But more importantly I have a fuel leak on my #6 injector at the rail so I now need to fix that first.
Hopefully I can get this going right!
I really would like a speed density system, but I'm going to wait to get a standalone. We can meet up once I get my car broken in and running right as well. Now I can tune better with my Zeitronix. In about a month or so It should be ready.
I just found out that I have fuel leaking from...
I had a problem with starting my car at first because of the CPS wires, I had to wiggle them around. It got better once I zip tied them together. I'll look at them tonight when I get off work. I may just solder them.
I had a problem with my speedo cable and now it works again, it wasn't plugged in all the way. I'm going to adjust the tps and I really think that the CPS is causing the code 14. I checked all of my grounds last night and they look good as well as my fuseable links.

Ok guys, just got my rebuild done and now it runs but doesn't run good. It stutters some times, it's intermittent.
14 is Ignition
41 is throttle position sensor
42 is vehicle speed
Now could this be because of my Zeitronix that is wired into my harness?? I followed ISMNS (spelling)...
Just for future reference, please read a little before posting or by looking how long some one has been on the site before you call them out. He is a very good guy and is one of the people who modded their car way before most other people on this site.

I have the 3.73's. I'm not going to put the 4.10 because I like my highway gearing and keeping up with bikes and other fast cars on the highway from time to time. And at the track they do just fine!
Yeah it's stuttering a little bit. I have been trying to figure it out. I think there may be a leak on the intake manifold some where. Going to get a timing light tonight and time it and see where it goes.
Congrats on getting to drive it!! It Feels good doesn't it!! I drove mine to work yesterday and it felt good.
How is the condition of your wiring harness?? That will cause all sorts of problems.

One problem that I am having though is vacuum is a little low. The Gauge is reading about -18in, I don't know if it is my timing or vac leak. I have to get timing...
Thanks! I changed the oil this morning before work, fixed the speedo and got my wideband to work. so all is good now, and running pretty good.
Deffinitely going to do that this time! I'm going to wait about 1500 miles before I really get on it. I didn't even install my boost controller...
