    pull off your center trim. two crews in the ash tray and one on the driver side at the back. the just pull it from the dash and kind of up and out at back of gear shift. (manual, i don't know if auto has any more steps.)

    Ha, I just happen to be doing that. I have the Bosch but it was not enough to vent 12psi and I was getting compressor surge. I added a Greddy bov - don't mind the dirty engine.

    Pic 2 - looks like it could be the EGR temp sensor. You a cali car? Should throw a code 71 if not connected. edit: or the alarm horn on the firewall.

    I'm thinking I will put a 1/2" hole in there, to get the 3/8" allen in there, and tighten that plug. I don't think it will compromise any structure and doesn't expose any coolant or oil passages. The plug itself is 11/16" but the 1/2" will give me enough room, for 3/8" allen, in case I don't...
