According to the TSRM about 1.7 quarts should drain from the transmission and be refilled under a normal drain and refill. But in this thread: [url]http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=26485&highlight=fluid[/url it is mentioned that the transmission holds about eigh quarts of...
WTF is with the diamond plate!?!?!?!?! Why do people put this crap on cars, especially on the interior??
Car gets a .5/10 It would have been a 1/10 but a shemale was included in the listing and a half point is knocked off. The remaining half point is due to the fact that there is a 1jz...
Agreed. That sounds similar to a problem I had when the CPS was off one tooth. Car would rev and boost (kinda) but we would go no where and the engine ran like crap. It was abnormally hot in the engine bay and was puking a small amount of coolant.
Althought I am intrigued by what Jetjock...
^^^^^^ Agree with the two above recommendations of JHOT and Driftmotion and I feel compelled to add Jarco to the list. They sell rebuilt engines and you can even get them with a MHG.
Okay, here's a stupid question. Did the heated mirrors come only in certain years and/or countries? I don't recall my '89 Turbo having them, but I might be wrong!
The time has come for new brakes. My Supra is a weekend/cruiser car so no need for anything fancy. Do you guys have any favorite pads or anything? I was thinking about going stainless steel lines as well. Any opinions?
I'm thinking just pads and some quality fluids, might fit the bill...
^^^^^^^^^^ Has that one girl been confirmed dead? All I've heard is that she and another guy jumped out and she was "in bad shape" coming from an eye witness. That could mean anything.
That might be the worst car I have ever seen. Riced out Hondas are works of rolling art compared to this pile of trash.
There's not much worse than seeing a car transformed half-ass into a wannabe exotic.
Okay long story short I picked up a radiator cap at the Toyota dealer. It was a bit of a headache and I ended upt with a cap that looks just like my old one, but it is rated at 1.0 bar versus .9 bar. Will this matter? Am I playing with fire? The new one fits perfectly on there but I just...
Okay so you guys know the four screws that hold the rear hatch's support pads, right? Well, it is my understanding that they are loctited on. My support pads need replacing but I can't get the old ones off because the screws are stripped as well! Looks like one of the two previous owners...
YEah that sounds similar to my situation. I know SafeMode was involved in my fix, which isn't any big deal, but is more work than one normally suspects.
I would Google the software or message and see how other people who had this happen to them solved it.
I ran into a similar situation a year or so ago. One of my computers got hit by something like that and that was in there deep. It required quite a bit of work to get it out of there.
