ya sure people do it here, ut not to the extent i hear about in the states. like sure people weill drive when they got ther liscence suspended if they think it was unfair, but people who cant afford insurance but still want to drive dont just stick a stolen plate on and call it done and drive...

umm dont you legally have to have insurance? this problem seems so common in the states, yet i have never heard of once someone driving around in BC without insurance and getting in an accident.

i think you're mistaken. the engine in that vid is a custom 4 cylinder 4.somethign litre air cooled monster, boasting upwards of 4000hp apparently. but theres a nice 89+ and i think a pre89 in the vid :P

speed ensor probably has to do with cruise control... either that or tachometer im not sure
