A little on the inaccurate side.
There is actually a person that's already posted in this same thread who is using 93 octane and is running around 22 psi max, sometimes 24 on the dyno. At 22 there is no spark blowout, no detonation.

A vice, the right sized pipe, hose to connect it all up, clamps to hold it in place, and muscle power. Clamp the pipe where it needs a bend, and bend it however much you need it to bend to make it go where it needs to go.
Try buying a fitting, such as a 90 degree bend fitting with ends on them to clamp the hose on, that should fix your kinks.
I don't know the angle you need, so you judge what type of elbow you need, be it 45 degrees, 90, etc.
The AFM stuck out for me as well :)
Is your AFM plugged in? The car will run like what you are describing when this isn't plugged in and/or the AFM was possibly cleaned with AFM cleaner (BAD idea on this car if there ever was one) and it could have possibly killed it. Pull the AFM out and...
Just to follow up here, I installed my Hitachi 7K200 series 200GB SATA Hard Drive into the PS3 yesterday.
Be warned, you'll most likely need to either bum a friend's external USB HD, or buy your own when you start backing up you HD data for the switchover... My 4GB jumpdrive didn't cut it...

I hated my open test pipe when I ran it. It was loud a fuck, you KNEW the car was turbo. And everyone watched you drive by. Too much attention.
The only thing I miss was the extra 10-15 WHP I had with it. I lost about that much (felt like it anyways) when I put on my RSR GTII.
