You need a new exhaust manifold, OBX makes one that's twin compatible, IIRC it will use mitsubishi turbo footprints, but could be off on that one. Two turbos that will fit (duh) Custom made exhaust downpipes for twins going into either a singe exhaust, or duals. Custom made oil feed lines...

If I had the motor on hand, sure, I'd do it, but since I have a couple 7M's laying around, plus I like a turbo motor vs. NA, I'd use one of them. ;)
