Is it even possible to run a 7M-GTE off of 2JZ-GTE electronics? Maybe off of IS300 electronics? I don't know the system used on those cars though... The only thing that I think would be difficult/impossible is timing. But I've also read that the signals are identical between the two engines.
I would say get a better gasket set. I'm not a big fan of the one driftmotion sells.

7M - so 6000 rpm redline and 3.91 gears out back (originally a 1990 GE, but I put in a pre 89 LSD and a higher compression GTE and R154. Also it has 215/50 R17s on it (nearly the exact same circumference as 225/50 R16s) so the Rev limiter in 5th is 161. That is.. if the gear ratio calculator is...
Did the machine shop do any porting to the head? I don't know what a stock 1JZ head looks like.. lol

You could also cut the bottom out a little so it would sit all the way down. That would give you more room to run lines...

The only differences are non Turbo and Turbo. Non Turbo tps sensors are 90* off from the Turbo ones.

I have a thin film of oil on my intercooler piping with a brand new rebuilt engine. Doesn't have a rebuilt Turbo but I have a feeling its mostly normal.

Okay. So I disconnected the sender for like 2 months. Zero gauge movement. Never spiked to 120 psi. So that would mean the wiring to the sender is correct. Right?
Where else should I look?
