    1986.5 7mge -> 2jzge my very first build.

That was the hardest part of rebuilding my CT26- that huge snapring.

Sounds like you'll have heat under control, for sure.

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

I used a strap wrench. But I haven't yet torqued it to its final setting. now that the engine is in the car, it should be a lot easier to do.

    7m crank 6m or 1j

6m and 7m are indeed interchangeable. You definitely have a unknown crank, if it hits anything. Can you post a pic?

    What is your supras name?

Wha? It's a 7m: it takes no shit, and has zero tolerance for shortcuts.

    my slow build

I bought an isuzu trooper for $600 and rebuilt the tranny. Been running great for a year, right up until this week, lol. Had to replace a bad fuel pump.

    7MGTE Fuel Cut at 2700rpm

Damn, thanks Rollus for posting those, and a big thankyou to JetJock for taking the time to write them. They shed alot of light on the TCCS for me.

    my slow build

I like your plan. That's what i decided on. I knew from experience, that if i tried to just do upgrades while using the car, it would never get done the way i wanted. So i got a daily driver, and have taken the slow road to restoration. 1 year and counting, so far. Only 1/3 done.

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

I just bought an Egay special. Mine has a 21" circumference. I'm not sure if the smaller size is 19" or 17", but this one seems to fit well enough.

    Teal 92 7M Rebuild

Lol. It would take ALOT more than .020 to make it a 3.2. You'd have to go to about 86mm bore.

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

Hadn't heard any negatives about using a blanket, but i'm really interested in keeping the engine bay temps down.

Welp, I finally got back into town, and FINALLY picked up my turbo from FedEx. As I suspected, my short runner 'HKS' style manifold is really designed for an on-center turbine housing, and as such, the compressor cover hits part of the mani. I had purchased a 1/2" spacer for this issue, but...

Very nice. Looks like a pretty hard-core build.

    5 years in the making 2JZ GE-T START-UP VID @ POST 34

Yup, not a single picture works. Of course, it's been an entire year since Veedubin posted in here, so I don't even know if he still HAS a Supra.

    EFI Fuse repeatedly blowing....HELP !!

You deleted the O2 sensor completely, or you're running a wideband sensor on a different engine management system?

Converting Cruise Control from NA to GTE 7M

Well, I had been intending to utilize the acis can for this purpose, as it simply looked to be a vac cannister with a vsv mounted to it. And suprasick- why didn't you mount it in the original location- do you have other things mounted below the intake manifold?
