My car has been sitting for over 5 years. Will not start.

Maybe you should... Good to hear you got it sorted out. Now this all took place over a year ago. When did you actually do the swap and get the car running?

    Coolant lines under Intake Manifold?

LOL- very fair question, after looking at the pic. No, I took this picture, while holding the entire pipe assembly over the engine, that was on a stand. It's not a plug; rather, I cut the nipple off, and had a shop tig weld a slightly larger section of pipe over it. TIG welding is beyond my...

    LED Dome Lights

Um, I'm pretty sure you have to push it IN, then turn it slightly, just like a tiny brake light bulb.

    7M4EVR's "mild" street 7M build

FIPG is prolly just going to ooze out. It is full temp exhaust gasses, after all.

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

Ok, I found a small project to work on this evening. I finally finished fiddling around with my instrument cluster, and got the coolant overtemp light installed: This thing simply flashes if I exceed 220 degrees at the thermostat housing. If you'll recall, i put one in for my oil pressure as...

Low compression. Compression test and leak down results.

I wonder if # traditionally leaks down more than others, due to the timing belt tensioner bolt pulling on the cylinder wall. It's been reported as causing an out-of-round cylinder.

Got a few exhaust parts in, but not enough to begin fabrication, so no Supra work today.

    7m crank 6m or 1j

Hmm. Never heard of any interference issues with the 7M crank in an early block. Nice to know about, though.

    Project 88 MKIII - A Calgary build

Hey man- I was wondering, do you have any other pics of your intercooler mounting? I was wondering where you placed your brackets. I see the one on top in the center, but was wanting to know where else it's being supported. Thanks much. ps- Any pics of your manifold or turbo install yet?

Lol. The thread starter has never even replied once to his own thread. Sounds like his apathy.

Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

Running in 1-2 months, completed and driving in about 9-12 months, would be my guess. I make very conservative guestimates, nowadays. I remember when I started on the car last April, thinking I'd be done by September, lol.

I will. What type of turbo are you going to run? It appears to me that this manifold is designed to specifically run an on-center turbine housing. That's why I needed 1 full inch of T4 spacer added in. Just something to consider. Today, I picked up a new coil pack harness, and cut it all up...
