    I had replaced mine with straight pipe back when i was NA, and didn't notice any change, good or bad. But if yours is falling apart, no harm in doing it. And yes, i had heard that a honda intake would fit. Thought it was for a 90's accord.

    The fuel relay mod is to remove the 9-12volt jump in fuel pump voltage, and provide it a constant 12volts. I don't know about the AEM, but it may or may not delete this function.

    I would check under the oil cap to make sure that no coolant got into the oil, but again, i would check the fan clutch to make sure it works. No fan shroud would not cause overheating in an otherwise healthy cooling system, but if you had a marginal fan clutch or radiator, then it would...

    Most gasket sets I've seen include that one as well as the correct one, even though they are both listed as the throttle body gasket.
