thanks for chiming in guys, it was infact the alternator, i made sure all battery connections were secure and installed the new alternator. Problem solved, thanks!

i found perfect.. and i mean PERFECT blue cloth seats (no power options.. so they're lite) at the junk yard, i took them home for $30.

well if its easier then I'm all for buying one, come to think of it i'm still using the stock clutch fan, I'll go with one from Ron when its time.
