    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

For anyone running the China special 2j downpipe (or anything that requires a thread-in o2 sensor), a 3-wire sensor from a 5.0 Mustang will fit the bill (I used an '89 GT). Bosch wiring is: Signal = Black Heater (x2) = White (no polarity according to Bosch's tech specs) On the Yellow Plug...

    2jzge-T swap notes and pricelists

7M rings can be used but you have to use the 2j muffler bearings. I think you can use the 2j shifter as the steering wheel and the 7M steering wheel to shift (maybe the other way around??)... For anybody in the future who's seriously thinking about asking stupid questions, SEARCH!!! J/K...

    2JZ NA-T into MK3

You're correct on the fuel lines, the screw-in is the feed, push on is the return. I'm not running an oil cooler right now, may at some point in the future though. I've heard the stock oil cooler isn't good for p/s, can't remember why though.

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

Got the coils mounted on the firewall tonight and yanked some wires out of my old 7M harness to finish out the wiring (TPS, ISCV extension, alt harness). Figured I'd share some pics... Starting to look like an actual engine bay: Charge pipe routing: Tight clearance near...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

LOL, be even better with all the body damage ;) Got a good deal on a PWR radiator today, getting ready to head out and order a 2jzgte lower rad hose and a 7M heater hose to finish out the cooling system (hopefully by the end of this week). Just when I think I'm close I find 10 more things that...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

CF eh? Hope no one else backs into you :) The pipe actually has a decent amount of clearance at the swaybar, I got 'em all figured out. Jon came over and made me a throttle cable and then we went to the local Sat night meetup, made me want to have the car done baaad...

    Dok's E85 powered 2jzge-T build

IC piping is a b!tch!! I couldn't get things situated with the hotside running up top but I think I did figure out a path that would work but it's going to require flipping the thermostat housing and using a different lower rad hose... Taking a break before I throw something:3d_frown:

    2JZ NA-T in my 87T

Didn't realize you had swapped HGs. What RPMs do you see initial/full boost at now with the MP T70? Wonder how mine will feel with the stock 10:1 c/r :evil2: Can't wait till I get it inspected and break the clutch in so I can swap injectors and run high boost w/E85 :naughty:

I'm now the proud owner of the most expensive 3/8" manifold spacer in the world :) A friend at work and I spent a bit of time today taking 1/4" off of my 5/8" spacer (slow day). Including overhead the cost was about $150 :) Be home around 8 tonight to try it out (fingers crossed)... Once I...
