sounds like you have some big boost leaks... what condition are you IC lines in? and you got new o-rings for the injectors when you did the head right? because those wear out too...

where did you get the measurements? and the bottom peg things may be different... but a simple weld will fix that.

if you search/research southbend, everybody is VERY VERY happy with there clutch... im going to be running a southbend clutch myself, its suppose to have a very stock feel to it, but still have that "grab" to hold down the power. and there not some big name so the price is kept wayyyy down...

ic pipe - bead end, and get a t-bolt clmap. and try tightening the bov spring, running a shorter more direct line if you have a long one on there, and if tightening the spring doesnt work, then loosen it...
