damn...my dad got in a bad accident. he has plates in his hips and legs and one leg is an inch shorter than the other now. he stutters when he talks. about the only work he can do now is deliver pizzas. he's lucky to be alive. i'm trying to get him to wear full face helmets instead of the ones...
ok so i'm confused. is the plug on the far right not needed? 1-40
cause i got my 2jz from an aristo and i don't hav a plug to go into that. just the one with the bolt in it and the other big block thing
i have one yes but i'm not sure yet. it's the one on the top and it says turbo pressure sensor. a buddy who has a mkiv says he had a sensor on his that said that, but he no longer has the stock manifold. but i thought US spec had MAF and JDM had MAP. so why would both have the same sensor when...
same thing happened to me. it took a few days for the car to run right again. it eventually got to where it would idle on it's own. i just left it for a little bit idleing, so it would get hot and help the water evaporate. i had water in the spark plug gally, which i didn't see cause of the cover.
i just found out pin 15-20 are the injector wires for the mkiv, someone said the aristo ecu is the same. so now i'm gonna try to get a resistor pack from an mkiv, which i didn't know they had
i'm stuck now. i made up my own harness for the fuel injectors to use the 550cc instead of the 440cc. here's a little drawing of how i did it. just like the 7m has it.
the 7m ecu only has 3 pins for the injectors. the supra ecu has 6. i don't know if it's the same for the aristo. if anybody...
ok...so new problem
i just got done making a new harness for the fuel injectors. i hooked them up the same way the 7m was. cause someone said in order to use the 550cc injectors instead of the 440's i have to use the resistor box. looking at a supra ecu there are 6 pins on the ecu. one for...
all i need now is a power steering hose and get some oil lines for the turbo. and i need to figure out all the wiring. oh yeah, and figure a way out to make the brake booster work.
do you think the vacuum line that comes from the valve cover to the intake manifold ill work. it's right behind...
i got the mounts from BIC....but...someone else may have found the proble for me...he said that not having the tranny in there will make it lean forward. so once i get the tranny hooked up it should be fine. raising the front
really. you're right the tranny isn't connected yet. man you're awesome. i was so worrid i'd have to spend another $500 just to get a new crank pulley... i didn't even think about that. i don't have the flywheel bolts yet. or the clutch..waiting for 935...geese. but i got the flywheel bolts from...
i was fitting the engine in and i noticed the crank pulley hitting the lower sway bar. i'm thinking if i get the ATI pulley it would be ok. the unorthodox pulley would work, but i've heard not to use those
