and where the turbo is i can't just cut a hole in the hood and put on of those air vents over it. do you think if i bought a T3 weld plate and had it welded right on top of the T4 flange on the manifold it would be alright. or i can buy a T4 flange and weld it onto the turbo T3 housing...

MY HOOD WON'T CLOSE NOW....i guess i need to buy a t4 turbo so i can get rid of the T3/T4 adapter.

i'm kinda worried about the spool time on it. it's the T70 ebay turbo. for the price it wouldn't hurt to try it. if it fails i can put the twins back in. then save up for a SP turbo. i'll also rotate the housing today so the oil drains straight down. i have one of those hks copy wastegates...

YAY more progress. I'm finally ready to put the engine in. and the guys at NAPA were kind enough to help me getting the pressure plate all setup.

well that sucks to hear. but i'll just use it for now and once i reach the threshold of the disc i'll just buy a better clutch disc. the pressure plate seems to be good. i only paid $475 for it because of all the hassle i've delt with through 935.

well, finally got my clutch. but i'm a little worried it might have to go back. here's a pic why. so far i'm not impressed with spec. i found 2 things i didn't like about their clutch kit. and i didn't get any paperwork with it too. i'd liked to have had documentation with it but oh well.

anyone have any more info on this plug? is II1 the same as the big block plug in the aristo? i need a pinout for II1 because (http://www.supras.nl/index.php?) refers to II1 which is on the mkiv. but i guess aristos have this big gray plug. if i know what is being referred to on II1 then i...

how funny, i'm kinda getting there. today all i wanted to do was change out the waterpump on my 2jz and i coud not get that damn crankshaft bolt off. i guess the electric impact wrench i have just isn't strong enough. i haven't drove my supra since december.

also the throttle cable. if you get the aristo 2jz then yo need to spend about $550 converting the oil pan to a rear sump. if you don;t want to use the hydro fan then you need to get the mechanical fan waterpump. i paid $150 for mine from toyota. you'll also need to get the pulley for it...

i've been trying to get a clutch kit from 935motorsports for a month now and the only answer i get when i email him is i don't know where it is. so needless to say i'm getting a refund for the CCI stage 4, 6 puck cluth kit i paid for. the only alternative i see is the SPEC stage 3 clutch kit...

i'm probably goin to radioshack to buy some pins i can insert and solder wire onto the ends and fill in the plug with hot glue so i have a molding of the plug. and then just insert the pins into the glue. and put more glue on the back to keep the pins from moving
