I'm not a clutch expert, but I do know you probably want a full face disc, not a 4 or 6 puck. They are not good for slipping. Maybe the ACT street/strip disc would be good.

To just pull the stereo surround, take the screw out of the side, near the shifter. Un-screw your shift knob, and I believe everything else is just clips that you pull loose. Start at the back behind the shifter, and pull those two clips , and then there are two holding in the bottom corners...
