Yes, but you may have to find a different throttle cable because I think the stock 7m cable is too short. To get mine I just went to a junkyard and pulled one off of a car that had the right length. Many throttle cables will fit, even from different brands like Nissan, etc.

If you want an inexpensive EGR blockoff plate, just cut out an aluminum plate to fit and sandwich it between the stock egr diverter plate and the head.
