Added it to the OP. Thx for the re-assurance. ;) Dyno Dynamics. He did say that he's seen as much as a 100hp difference between his dyno and a DynoJet. Yep, and that change moved my full boost mark in around 700 rpms.

Yeah, at that time, the car was stock except for a shimmed wastegate (11psi), full 3" exhaust, intake, and a whining transmission! :D
