Ok. I got my mechanical oil pressure gauge in. I haven't taken any op temp readings yet; but, at cold start the mechanical gauge reads 47 psi while the stocker reads 37-38 psi. Quite a difference! I'll post up op temp numbers as I get them.

I just finished up the plumbing for both the pressure and temp. Very much a pain to do after the fact. Just to give you an idea, I paid $9 for the pressure gauge on sale and another $8 for the copper tubing. It's definitely not something that'll break the bank. I'll take some pics tomorrow...

Yep. And just to give you an idea of what I'm going through, I'm using the hole that's just above the oil return for the turbo. You can see it in the picture you posted in your thread. If you're even half way considering it, take that plug out now!!! ;)

I pulled the rear plug (the one just above the motor mount) to install a 'T' for my two gauges. Oil Pressure and Oil Temp. Hence my post on your thread! :D

Did this happen on it's own or did you change/install something and then this problem surfaced?

Following the TSRM for the FP check, you should hear the pump come on immediately. Typically you'll hear air bubbles getting pushed through the lines and fuel rail; but, it builds pressure very quickly. Here's what I think may be happening... You can't pull codes and you can't get the FP to...

Run your fuel pump via the diagnostic block and see if it comes on and builds FP.

Did you use coarse or fine threaded bolts? Those LED's look nice!! Did you use a write-up for direction? If so, which one? I will be performing this mod too.
