After thinking about your problem a little more, I think the problem is the Flux Capacitor. Make sure you measure 1.21 Jigawatts across all four terminals. Don't forget to measure reverse polarity too. I forgot to do that once... ;)

What was done on Rob's car between run 006 and run 010? Also, the power and torque curves are wavy. Why is that different from your other dyno sheet Steve? Did the other dyno's software utilize a 'smoothing' feature and this one doesn't? The reason I ask is because that looks pretty...

Any codes yet? While it's idling, move/bend/flex the CPS wires and see if anything changes. Also, if you have a 12v tester, attach it to the negative battery terminal and poke around (not poking thru ;)) your plug wires and/or coil pack.

Also note that some wires/circuits will be grounded until power is applied to them. (not correcting you Lewis, just adding to your comment... :))
