Codes are your road map. Get those to stay cleared and work from there.
Were you able to swap out AFM's yet?
Like Mike suggested, I would change out the AFM before I swapped injectors. It's easier! :)
No offense; but, your car looks like a vac nightmare! I think vac routing is an issue. It's hard to see where you've got everything from the pics; but, are you able to put as much as you can back to...
Fairly certain it's either fuel or spark related.
On my last dyno session, I gained 5 hp and 5 tq by increasing fp 5 psi. Prior to the adjustment, fp was set per the TSRM. Even with the increase, my power curves showed signs of a problem. They were wavey and dipped a bit.

Yep, still running the stock igniter. I may start sourcing the one you're running.
