LS coils...2JZGE coils...are the same thing Mike. Both VVTI. I was just wondering if they'd have enough output by themselves.
I'll try them and if I still have break-up, I'll add the DH61 Igniter that toyotanos is runnng to see what that does.
Still waiting for some MSD guys to chime in. :)
Congratties Ron!
I'm a little over cautious; but, I put blankets on anything that I didn't want scratched and board/2x4's in front the a/c condensor so I didn't put a crank pully through it! Ha ha...
Well, Ron.......I didn't want to second guess you; but, that's why I was asking if the motor mount studs were lifting out of the frame braces. :biglaugh:
It's all good. If that's your only mishap with the swap, you're doing REAL good!
Glad to hear she's on her way out now! :)
Any codes?

Thanks Duane. I'm working on getting up there. So far, I think I'm the only Soup from this area considering it.
Thanks Ron. At least we now know that Tom doesn't have to worry about his lip blowing off at 45+ mph. ;)

2. http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-43001-ak001.php
3. Close the gap on the plugs; but, don't want...
It wasn't. It was just really windy that day... :)
In normal driving I would say that I start to let the clutch out around 1k-1.2k rpm. Very little chatter, if any, at that point. But anything below that, like trying to creep forward, it chatters. It must be normal operation of this...
