other way around, the US supras had mafs, aristos used maps
the aristo's cams were less agressive than the US 2JZ
aristos had 440cc injectors vs the US supras 550cc injectors
aristos used ceramic wheel CT20a turbos, vs the CT12b's on the US 2jz
aristos use the front sump pan, where supras need...

i dont remember any coolant thing on the block down where you had it circled int the pic, but i can go take a look in the morning on mine.
as for the water neck and the rear one on the crossover pipe, i cut em off and welded them up
very nice, i like the stock gray color, and you cant go wrong with a 1J swap. best of luck with it man.
my front end is off a gray 89 if that counts for anything.
ahh, the last time i checked the thread, everyone was still guessing the size of the motor, and he wouldnt say what it was. that turbo can still blow down a small skyscraper tho
Im running the Neo on my 1JZ, works great and the 16 points of adjustability help out a bunch on the car. really need it with my mines ecu running hella rich with out it
im with ya man, i love the 1JZ, it really is soo smooth, ive taken mine to 8K and its just awesome
now if i could just get my head back and get running again
