Dude sometimes importers will dump oil into the turbos so they dont rust up and stuff. Did you have to take off the intake pipes to see it or were they off? I'd say just run it and see? It's only a couple of hours to change turbos. My vote is single and standalone.

Jacob I can get a powerfc for you at a good price. Remember that other stuff runs wasted spark (including aem) and the stock coils hate that shit! If I went aem or stinger I'd use msd tower coils or something. Call me dude.
