I had a similar thing on an old motor. Then put the head on another motor it was still there. I've had a friend who's exhaust cam seized in the head. Maybe oil passages are clogged? I'll bet accusump would stop it. Still doesn't fix the problem haha.

are you talking x90 vs jzz30TT? They are the same ecu pinout. The body plugs/functions are different. I dunna man if your guy can't figure something out like this maybe he shouldn't be doing it?
