It's more difficult. Takes more skill. More rare (aftermarket!).
You know, most of the people who are so hard pressed to go single simply do not appreciate that it does take more work, effort, and cash for twin kits. It's all the same in the end? Not for some, because a lot more attention...
That is all.
Unless you put a 7M into a MK2, and I never considered it cheating, hehehe...
500HP in a 3000 pound car = 10's!
^^^^^^ This still applies though....
I wouldn't hit readline on a 7M unless I had to. I seldom had to.
A lot of drifters who take the 7M to redline blow the motors. Maintenence? Maybe. I know they sell their MKIII's for pieces of shit 240's, and redline the KA motors all day long, every time out to drive, and they are still...
Wow.... I LOL'd @ you Yellow13...... I couldn't help it, I did.
I've done stuff like that too man. Like cranking the car with a 3/4 inch socket wrench on the crank pulley.... or like my friend who put his unidirectional tires on backwards.....
It's good humor!
800RWHP seems high though. Just from what I read on what Orin put down with the Blitz on a 1.5J, and ZaZZn's experiences on a 1J. I would think closer to 35PSI is where you'd get 800 to the wheels, but I don't think it was on a Blitz kit. I looked, and found little.
